Why This Happens
You can only approve someone once they've added their own registration and vetting details.
A substitute teacher needs:
An SNA needs:
Until these are on their profile, Approve isn't available.
You can only approve someone once they've added their own registration and vetting details.
A substitute teacher needs:
- Teaching Council registration number
- Teaching Council expiry date
- Garda vetting expiry date
An SNA needs:
- Garda vetting expiry date
Until these are on their profile, Approve isn't available.

What You Cannot Do
You cannot enter these details for someone else, and you cannot approve someone without them. Each person enters their own details.
