When a school sends you a booking request, you can accept or decline it from the app or by SMS.

Most requests go to several people at once, and the first to accept usually gets the booking.

Respond in the App
- When a request arrives, tap the push notification or open the app and go to the Bookings tab.
- Review the details: school name, date, time, subject, and class.
- Tap Accept to take the booking, or Decline if you can't.

Respond Via SMS
- Review the booking request
- Reply with the accept code
- Reply to the SMS using the Accept (Y) code.
Note: You will only receive a confirmation SMS if you were successfully booked.
