What's included in ClassCover Lite

ClassCover Lite gives your school everything you need to arrange substitute cover: build a list of Substitute Teachers and SNAs and send booking requests.

What's included
  • Build your list: invite Substitute Teachers and SNAs to your school by email, individually or in bulk. See http://help.classcoverapp.com/article/build-your-substitute-and-sna-list on how to invite subs and SNA's already in your network.
  • Send booking requests to anyone on your list.
  • Manage bookings: change or cancel a booking after it's sent, and view your booking history.
  • Calendar: see all confirmed and pending bookings in one place.

What's not included

  • Find New: is the ClassCover directory of Substitute Teachers and SNAs who aren't already on your list. It lets schools search for and connect with people they haven't worked with before. Find New isn't part of ClassCover Lite.
Note: If your school is outside the Greater Dublin area and you'd like to use Find New, it's coming to your county soon. Your Find New tab will show "Coming Soon" we'll let you know when it's available.
