Broadcast Email Messages to Your List

Need to quickly communicate with the substitute teachers and SNAs on your list — for a term-start reminder, a roster change, or a policy update? Broadcast Messages lets you send announcements directly from the platform.

How to Send a Broadcast Message (Desktop Only)

1. Go to the My List page. This shows everyone connected to your school.
2. Filter your list (optional). Filter by:
   
   
   
   • Name
   • Role type
   • Teaching level
   • Subjects / tags
   • Active / inactive status
   • Distance to school
3. Select recipients. Choose everyone, or just the ones you've filtered.

Send the Message

1. Click Message.


2. Type your message. You have 280 characters, and can include a supporting link if needed — for example, to a page with more information, or to update availability.
3. Click Send. To message everyone on your list, tick Select All first, then click Send.
